Do you offer couples massages?
We are a boutique, private spa with only five treatment rooms. We frequently take care of couples and groups. All services are performed in separate treatment rooms.
Do you have a sauna or steam room?
Our spa is small and cozy by design. We have a relaxation room but do not offer additional hydrotherapy amenities such as sauna, steam or pool.
What is the cancellation policy?
Please reschedule or cancel your appointment no later than 24 hours prior to the start time to avoid being charged 50% of the cost of the scheduled services. Rescheduled/canceled services within the 24-hour window will result in a 50% charge to the credit card or gift certificate on file; otherwise, no payments will be collected until after your appointment, at which time you may pay via credit card, gift certificate or cash.
What is the return policy?
Jane Iredale, Dermalogica, Glycelene & Dr. Dennis Gross Skincare products may be returned within 14 days of purchase for an in-store credit to be used towards other products or services. All other sales, including gift certificates, are final.
Can I use an expired gift certificate?
Gift certificates expire one year from the date of purchase. Expired gift certificates may be renewed at 80% of their remaining balance. Upon purchase, gift certificates are converted to a dollar amount and are fully transferrable to be applied to any service, product, or gratuity at the current menu prices.
Is there an age limit?
Clients must be at least 12 years old to receive a service in the spa. 12-14 year olds may only book a 30-min Relax Massage or 30-min Quick Fix Facial and a parent or guardian must be in the room during the service. All minors under 18 must have a parent or guardian signature on their intake form.
